Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Loan Officer, with expertise in Mortgage Lending and the Mortgage Industry
Familiarity with loan application processes and knowledge of Underwriting practices
Outstanding Customer Service skills to assist clients and maintain strong relationships
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for mortgage processing
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
State licensing and NMLS certification
Preferred
Previous experience with self-employed clients or first-time homebuyers is a plus
