Qualification
Required
TypeScript + Node.js backend experience
React / React Native for frontend (or strong JS/TS full-stack experience)
Python exposure (for integrations, AI pipelines)
SQL / PostgreSQL (data modeling, performance)
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, deployment, observability)
Willingness to work in NYC office full-time
Flexibility to put in long hours when needed
Prior 0 → 1 startup experience (especially early stage)
Experience owning end-to-end feature from product to delivery
Interest or experience in talking to customers, collecting feedback, iterating
