Responsibilities
Find the right candidates for our clients’ staffing needs by conducting phone and face-to-face interviews through our internal database, job boards, and networking
Improve your business acumen
Form a good understanding of technical skillsets
Learn how to work with a sense of urgency
Build relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 firms
Initially reach out to a prospective client to set up an introductory meeting to learn about their hiring needs and to present our service
Build relationships through meetings, lunches, and fun client events
Provide one-on-one mentorship
Learn at your own pace through comprehensive, individualized, on-the-job training
Participate in Recruiter Training at Insight Global University
Receive continued education and training throughout your career
Create customized plans around employees’ future growth in the company
Qualification
Required
A four-year college degree
Outgoing, ambitious and goal-oriented personality
Willingness to learn and work hard
Ability to thrive in a social, fast-paced, competitive yet team-oriented environment
