Inside Sales & Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

Convert Quotes to Orders: Follow up on open and aging quotes, assist customers in finalizing purchases, and answer product or pricing questions
Respond to Sales Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers seeking information about products, quotes, or funding
Develop New Business: Identify and reach out to potential customers (schools, therapy centers, agencies, etc.) to establish new relationships and generate leads
Nurture Customer Relationships: Build trust through consistent communication, follow-up, and exceptional service
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Track and Report: Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite, HubSpot) and report progress toward sales goals

Required

2+ years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience (B2B or B2C)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills - both written and verbal
Strong technical aptitude and discipline in using CRM and ERP systems - all sales activity, notes, and follow-ups must be logged and tracked digitally
Comfortable using tools like email automation, quoting systems, and spreadsheets to manage workload efficiently
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, customer-first attitude with a passion for helping people find solutions

Preferred

Prior experience in healthcare, education, or e-commerce environments is a plus
