Responsibilities
Source and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building
Provide clients with market insights, property valuations, and leasing/sales strategies
Conduct property tours and negotiate lease and sale terms
Draft, review, and coordinate agreements, proposals, and supporting transaction materials
Work closely with attorneys during contract preparation and due diligence
Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to our culture of shared success
Qualification
Required
Active Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License
Proven track record in commercial sales or leasing
Proficiency in CRM systems, CoStar, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Strong understanding of financial concepts and market analytics
