Responsibilities
Responsible for the oversight and management of ETF portfolios, including portfolio rebalancing, cash management, risk management and other day-to-day portfolio-related activities
Work with ETF market makers to manage primary market creations/redemptions activity and delivering tax-efficient outcomes in the portfolios
Work with the broader division in the research and development of new ETF products and strategies, enhancements to existing products, industry and competitive analysis, systems development, and other select projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of practical experience in portfolio construction/portfolio management activities
Working knowledge of ETF products and markets
Experience in managing passive and active quantitative strategies, including derivatives-based strategies
Experience in programming languages (Python and VBA) required
Strong organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication skills
