Responsibilities

Interact with multiple functions and varying leadership levels, while working with the entire planning team to ensure customer requirements are met
Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Product Teams schedules that accurately reflect program scope and resources required to execute the program plan
Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly collaborating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team
Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management

Required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Strong experience in a schedule networking tool, such as Deltek OpenPlan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
Experience with @Risk, OnePager Pro/Express
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, and Performance Measurement/Reporting
Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers
Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality
