The Engineering Change Coordinator is responsible for managing product changes within the procurement and production processes, ensuring that changes are accounted for in scheduling and material planning.

Responsibilities
Update systems related to engineering changes (Bill of Materials, logistics convention)
Manage application dates of product modifications according to engineering change procedures
Maintain special relationships with program teams
Define and assume the logistics conditions necessary for the launch of new programs
Ensure that changes are taken into account in production scheduling, material planning, and within physical flows
Identify appropriate packaging and introduce changes concerning border production line procurements, stocks, and towards suppliers
Manage phase out files
Reduce obsolete stocks to minimum levels and reorganize file in order to obtain reimbursement from the customer
Update direct labor standards after Hoshin event and validate with Controller
Qualification
Required
Excel, SAP and ERP System

Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management
Experience in production in an industrial environment

Minimum education level: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
