New Home Sales Consultant
David Weekley Homes is seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to join their Indianapolis Team. The role focuses on meeting sales goals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with customers and team members throughout the home buying process.

Responsibilities
Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Prospecting, marketing and promoting new business
Follow up with prospects and home buyers throughout the sales and build process
Maintaining an effective relationship with the Realtor community
Working and communicating effectively with customers and team members
Understanding the loan process
Qualification
Required
Proven closing/negotiating skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to talk in pictures
Great listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities
A proven background in prospecting
Proactive follow-up with prospective customers
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
Strong organizational skills
Marketing strategies
A high level of enthusiasm and energy
Demonstrates Integrity
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred
Previous new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years sales experience in high-end sales
