Responsibilities

Research and build new and existing accounts via adding contacts, outbound calling efforts, and sending strategic email and social campaigns
Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for the sales team
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
Respond to all inbound leads and complete tasks in a timely manner
Consistently meeting or exceeding targets and KPI’s

Work closely with closers and product specialists to provide the most qualified prospects
Other duties as necessary or assigned

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent
1 year of relevant sales experience
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Disciplined organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands
Excellent attention to detail and diligence
High organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and maximize time
The ability to work independently with moderate supervision as well as part of a team
Strong listening and sales skills
Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM
A proven track record of consistent goal achievement

Preferred

SaaS experience
Prior experience in the SaaS industry
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding time management abilities
Proactive mindset with strong decision-making skills
Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
Willingness to travel as needed
