Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years in automation and technology leadership roles
Strong financial planning and cross-functional project management expertise
Ability to set direction and influence alignment across multiple functional areas
Proven experience driving organizational transformation and managing complex projects
Deep knowledge of automation technologies, supply chain operations, and vendor management
Skilled at building trust and presenting ideas persuasively to all levels of the organization
Passion for leveraging technology to solve challenges and create competitive advantage
