Responsibilities
Collaborate with Safety and HR teams to learn about Safety Culture
Assist with ordering and organizing PPE
Participate in weekly virtual trainings and job site visits
Help organize Quickbase and Safety file systems
Maintain I-9 forms via electronic E-Verify
Support HR and Safety teams with special projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Rising Junior or Senior majoring in Safety, Risk Management, Health & Operational Safety, or related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Maintains confidentiality and open-mindedness
Effective oral communication, presentation, and meeting skills
Skilled in written communication and data interpretation
Excellent planning, organizing, and time management
Detail-oriented with strong quality control
Adaptable to change and able to manage multiple demands
Reliable, punctual, follows directions, and seeks feedback
Proficient in MS Office Suite
