Division Director Sales

Responsibilities
Manage all advertising activities for the Division. Oversee implementation of advertising programs and promotions
Manage marketing budget spending with an emphasis on ROI
Oversee and coordinate teams assigned to new communities for community launches
Implement process improvement procedures for sales and new community launches
Manage, analyze, and create implementation strategies with regard to all Price Realization reports including option selection data, spec inventory home report, and lot premium evaluation report
Act as liaison to Zone and Area Strategic marketing functions
Monitor and evaluate the consistency of the OSP. Communicate pre-feasy, and feasy needs to Zone and Area partners
Analyze and evaluate ongoing strategic marketing needs of the Division. Communicate as the voice of the Division for research on plans, options, etc. Provide Division with decision points and data provided by Zone/Area. Assist sales management in review and implementation of competitive community dynamics
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing advertising activities and marketing communications
Ability to oversee implementation of advertising programs and promotions
Experience managing marketing budget spending with an emphasis on ROI
Ability to oversee and coordinate teams assigned to new communities for community launches
Experience in implementing process improvement procedures for sales and new community launches
Ability to manage, analyze, and create implementation strategies regarding Price Realization reports
Experience acting as a liaison to Zone and Area Strategic marketing functions
Ability to monitor and evaluate the consistency of the OSP
Experience analyzing and evaluating ongoing strategic marketing needs of the Division
Ability to communicate as the voice of the Division for research on plans, options, etc
Experience assisting sales management in review and implementation of competitive community dynamics
Experience in mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback to direct reports
Ability to ensure appropriate staffing to meet department needs
Experience utilizing recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent
Ability to delegate work according to employee's abilities and skills
Experience evaluating employee's performance and planning for compensation actions
Ability to provide developmental opportunities through identification of training opportunities
Experience creating opportunities for employee growth
Ability to provide continuous coaching regarding functional and leadership standards
