Advise clients on venture capital transactions and mergers & acquisitions
Draft and review transaction documents, lead negotiations, and manage deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic legal counsel
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of corporate law experience in venture capital and M&A
Superior academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Admission to the New York Bar
