HealthRules Payer Configuration Analyst

They are seeking a highly motivated Configuration Analyst to support basic configuration tasks within the HealthRules Payer platform for assigned accounts, including maintaining settings for claims, pricing, and benefits, and assisting with testing and validation of configuration changes.

Responsibilities
Assist in configuring and maintaining HealthRules Payer settings for claims, pricing, and benefits
Support testing and validation of configuration changes
Document configuration activities and assist with updates to system workflows
Execute basic test cases and assist in identifying issues during configuration testing
Support post-production monitoring and reporting
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of configuration tasks and decisions
Communicate effectively with team members and escalate issues as needed
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of testing and debugging concepts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Associate degree or some college coursework in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in healthcare systems or configuration support is a plus
Exposure to HealthRules, Facets, AMISYS, or QNXT is helpful but not required
Familiarity with Visio and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus
