Responsibilities

Be responsible for timely completion of projects from start to finish while collaborating with teammates

Design and implement comprehensive technology solutions that align with the organization's strategic business objectives

Analyze our current Systems and provide solutions for improving the current design to make them more scalable, efficient, and capable of supporting our company's long-term goals

Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from documenting requirements through implementation and testing

Participate in Peer Code Reviews with your teammates

Provide support and maintenance to existing applications including performance tuning and bug fixing

Remain technically current on related software, technology and AI

Effectively communicate and work with IT Director, team members and other departments

Required

Experience as a Senior Software Developer Level II

Ability to complete projects from start to finish while collaborating with teammates

Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions

Experience in the complete software development lifecycle from documenting requirements through implementation and testing

Participation in Peer Code Reviews

Ability to provide support and maintenance to existing applications including performance tuning and bug fixing

Technical knowledge of related software, technology, and AI

Effective communication and collaboration skills with IT Director, team members, and other departments
