Mission Pet Health is dedicated to providing high-quality small animal care and is seeking a Receptionist for their Roadside Veterinary Clinic. The role focuses on managing client interactions, maintaining medical records, and advocating for pet health while ensuring a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care

You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently

You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible

You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own

Required

A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals

A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction

A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays
