Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Oversee a small warehouse team (currently three employees), ensuring efficiency and accountability
Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments, verify accuracy, and update records accordingly
Handle warehouse-related administrative tasks such as responding to emails, updating shipment logs, and coordinating with other departments
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using spreadsheets and email systems
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
Preferred
Prior experience in warehouse or logistics management is preferred
