Qualification
Required
Handyman/woman with a minimum of 5+ years of full time experience
Proven history for doing repairs, replacements, and installations of typical projects associated with residential homes or businesses
Full time employment history working as a handyman/woman, independent contractor, trades person, previous handyman company owner, or recent retiree who has worked on exterior and interior projects, both small and large
Previous experience and quality performance working with trim, doors, drywall repairs, and other trade skills
Experience Handyman/woman with strong work ethics, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of handyman and trade work
Skills in any of the following categories: interior and exterior carpentry, trim, cabinets, doors, flooring, drywall, painting, stucco, fencing, etc
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to evaluate job with the customer
Ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel
Minimum with proof of a high school diploma or GED
Own your own standard set of tools to perform your skills
Own your own truck or van that is always in presentable condition
Current proof of a valid Florida Driver's License
Current proof and maintaining active insurance on the vehicle that you use at work
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Strong people skills
Documentation skills
Ability and desire to consistently learn and improve
Background check
Have a smartphone
