Responsibilities

Assists with the management of the full engineering project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through the completion of construction
Participates in meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other design personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules
Coordinates project resources and tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules, under the direct supervision of a PM II or III
Assist the PM team to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification
Assist with the selection, negotiation, and coordination of the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors
Assists with resource management and scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects
Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management, under the direct supervision of a PM II or III
Working knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices

Required

Baccalaureate Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
3-5 years of related industry experience working in integrated project teams in one of the following sectors: Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, or Energy
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills

Preferred

Professional Engineering (PE) License
Certified Associate in Project Management
Experience in an engineering design discipline, construction sector, facilities management, and/or energy sector
