Responsibilities
Build and maintain vendor relationships with supplement and wellness product suppliers
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
Source products aligned with Preserve Life’s wellness mission
Establish par levels across retail categories
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory
Organize storage for efficiency and accuracy
Maintain accurate data, pricing, and product specs in POS system
Monitor stock and initiate reorders
Maintain inventory records and reporting systems
Generate reports for leadership
Track product movement and sales patterns
Support audits and cycle counts
Support merchandising and visual displays
Assist with events/workshops as needed
Participate in training and team meetings
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years in retail, purchasing, or inventory roles
Proficiency in POS, Excel, and inventory software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexibility for early mornings during pre-launch
Preferred
Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
2+ years in health/wellness retail
Experience in vendor negotiations
Knowledge of supplements and natural health products
