Oversee daily operations of the establishment during daytime hours
Manage and supervise staff members in various departments, including bartending, food production, banquet, and catering
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Train and develop new employees
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of bartending, food production, banquet, hotel, catering, and coffee operations
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
Flexibility to work daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays
