Responsibilities
More than 12 years of exp and a strong background in PTC Windchill Platform with strong knowledge and hands on experience in windchill customization , windchill data models and architecture
Should have experience in medical device industry
Strong Communication skill with ability to collaborate effec tively across stakeholders
Review, provide Solution approach each requirement and guide code to Windchill Development team to ensure best practices in terms of code quality, standards, and architecture
Work with other teams to ensure smoother project execution
Develop custom extensions for windchill PLM
Create and maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, Processes and procedures
Manage the Day-to-day activities of the team, perform a code review and guarantee compliance with quality standards
Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion
Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users
Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency

In this role, you will communicate, architect, design, develop, install and test software solutions within PTC Windchill Platform for a diverse set of users You will also lead code review activities to ensure high quality of software solutions
Proficient in working on Java enterprise platforms and broad technologies including Java language, JavaScript, Web service etc. Relevant certificates are plus
Preferred experience with the following methodologies and tools: Agile, DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment
Excellence in writing, verbal presentation, and interpersonal communication
Ensure coordination with all the stakeholders
Guide the development team in estimation and provide solution approach
Help in Code Review and coordinate with Product Owner and other Team members
Ensure Deliverables of development team is on time
Qualification
Required
