Responsibilities
A technical leader of a development team, with the ability to be involved in day-to-day development activities (code reviews, architecture review, bug fixes if needed)
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend and frontend developers, fostering technical excellence and innovation
Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape and prioritize product features, driving product success
Capacity to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment, ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Support and enhance existing use cases while building new features to improve our client-facing dashboard
Build complex products and implement architecture solutions for a high-quality user experience
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in managerial positions
Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring systems (e.g. Splunk, DataDog, New Relic, etc.)
Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP services
Experience using Databases (MySQL / Postgres / Snowflake / MongoDB)
Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with emphasis on scalability, high availability, comprehensive testing, and performance optimization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficient English
Preferred
4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in Python and Javascript (Node.JS)
Experience building virtual assistants (LangChain, Pipecat)
