Maintain organized client records and ensure consistent, clear communication throughout the booking process
Follow up with clients before and after their trips to confirm details and gather feedback
Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to learn new systems and booking tools quickly
A positive, client-focused attitude and genuine interest in helping travelers plan memorable trips
Preferred
