Responsibilities

Executing the full recruiting lifecycle for key leadership roles
Assessing client needs and advising on talent acquisition and retention strategy
Developing talent acquisition processes, tools and practices to increase our team’s overall impact
Delivering trainings to enhance the recruiting capabilities of E|H employees and client leaders
Providing regular client status reports and attending client meetings to review progress, answer questions, and discuss opportunities
Proactively escalating potential concerns or issues to E|H leadership
Nurturing relationships to expand E|H’s network, strengthen our brand, and identify prospective candidates and clients

Required

Prior experience in a recruiting leadership role demonstrating strategic thinking, executive-level communication and strong relationship management skills
Experience building, leading and developing high-functioning teams
Strong MS office skills, business communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Prior experience in hospitality management
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Master's degree
