Lead and develop a dedicated team, including a Senior FS Technical Trainer and a Program Manager Print, to design and deliver high-impact learning solutions

Drive improved sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth in the Facility Solutions and Print categories

Support strategic marketplace expansion and strengthen vendor partnerships to empower sellers to confidently position high-value, technically complex products and solutions

Ensure the team is equipped with the technical expertise and consultative selling skills
