Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive business reporting and analytics strategy
Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports using Salesforce.com and other tools
Analyze financial and operational data to support pricing, forecasting, and strategic planning
Manage the Annual Price Increase process and maintain profitability models
Support the development of incentive compensation programs that align with team goals
Deliver insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Board meetings, and strategic initiatives
Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform commercial decision-making
Collaborate on customer mapping, territory planning, and RFP responses
Provide scenario modeling and forecasting to support portfolio and pipeline growth
Champion data integrity and alignment across systems and teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Computer Science
5+ years in business analytics, forecasting, or commercial insights—ideally in healthcare or life sciences
Experience leading projects or teams, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences
Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Excel, and data visualization tools
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus
Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IMS, NDC) is a plus
