AWS - Sales Leader (CPG)

Responsibilities
Spearhead high-impact sales campaigns targeting Fortune 2000 CPG clients with multi-million dollar deal potential
Build and monetize C-suite relationships that unlock enterprise-wide transformation opportunities and recurring revenue streams
Establish yourself as THE CPG AWS authority - the first call executives make when planning digital transformation initiatives
Guide clients through game-changing AI and data modernization journeys that deliver measurable ROI and competitive advantage
Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to position Quantiphi as the trusted compliance partner
Own the global CPG pipeline - strategically balance quick wins with transformational long-term contracts across multiple regions
Master the art of expansion selling - turn every delivery success into cross-sell and up-sell goldmines
Orchestrate seamless sales-to-delivery handoffs that exceed client expectations and fuel referral engines
Design bespoke AI-powered solutions that solve critical CPG challenges and command premium pricing
Control the entire engagement lifecycle from SOW crafting to delivery oversight, ensuring client satisfaction drives contract renewals
Partner strategically with AWS Business Unit Leadership to unlock exclusive opportunities and co-selling advantages
Mobilize Quantiphi's global expertise to deliver world-class outcomes that become case studies for future sales
Drive digital transformation initiatives that revolutionize CPG operations through cutting-edge AI technologies
Create measurable business value that justifies investment and positions Quantiphi for long-term strategic partnerships
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in consultative selling to clients of AWS and/ or to Azure or to GCP clients
Minimum of 10 years of experience selling Cloud and/ or AI, Data, and similar Technology services/solutions to CPG sector
Proven ability to originate and close complex six- and seven-figure services engagements within F2000 accounts
Strong record of C-level relationships, with the ability to influence senior CPG stakeholders and build credibility as a strategic partner in highly competitive environments
Lead full lifecycle of AI projects including solution design, scoping, estimation, pricing, and SoW signature
Excellent understanding of modern CPG IT architectures, technology strategy, and digital transformation programs specific to this sector
"Ownership mindset" with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach to solving CPG industry challenges
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to navigate and collaborate with Quantiphi's Enablement functions and Delivery Tech teams across the globe
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Travel to client sites, CPG sector and AWS conferences, plus other related events as required - up to 50%
Preferred
Experience working for/in a top tier technology Professional Services firm
Familiarity with CPG specific AI applications like predictive maintenance, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection
Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models) and cloud-based AI solutions (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
Background in data science or machine learning engineering
Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and data privacy regulations
Experience working for/in a top tier consulting services firm
Experience in selling and/or managing Data / Platform / Analytics / AI /ML type solutions
Experience in managing contractual lifecycles including negotiating MSAs, SoWs and commercial constructs
