Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical advisor/resource within 1Password’s Go-to-Market team
Build strong relationships & deliver technical coaching to Account Executives, empowering them to speak confidently about product capabilities and align messaging with customer challenges, use cases, and requirements
Proactively scope and recommend tailored technical solutions and support that address both expressed and unspoken customer needs—aligning with use cases, business goals, and decision criteria for a variety of Enterprise customers including those on the higher end of the segment
Provide technical education to customers regarding the 1Password suite of products

Required

6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within a B2B environment
5+ years of experience in a multi-product SaaS environment
Proven track record in enterprise sales, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and support closing complex deals
Skilled at translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills across sales, product, marketing, and support teams
Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate dynamic customer conversations and requirements
Experienced with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC for opportunity qualification and deal progression
High degree of autonomy with the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain quality, and meet deadlines
Willingness to mentor colleagues and share best practices to support team growth
Familiarity with SaaS, security concepts, and technologies such as SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and AI
