Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys in the Commercial Litigation practice
Proofread, edit, and format legal documents with strong attention to detail
Handle scanning, copying, and maintaining both electronic and hard-copy files
Independently perform conflict check searches for potential clients
Draft routine correspondence, including cover letters
Prepare and mail packages subject to strict notice and filing deadlines
Maintain attorneys’ calendars and assist with scheduling
Answer phones, interact with clients, and serve as the first point of contact
Prepare litigation notebooks and organize exhibits for trials, hearings, and depositions
Assist with state and federal e-filing as needed
Provide executive administrative support to the Managing Partner, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and materials, and handling confidential and time-sensitive tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of litigation experience, including state and federal e-filing
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
Preferred
Prior experience supporting senior leadership or executives preferred
