The role involves performing field assessments, demolition, and hands-on mitigation work while communicating with customers and supporting the mitigation manager.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site water, fire, and mold assessments following company guidelines and insurance SLAs
Conduct demolition (drywall removal, flooring removal, cabinets, baseboards, etc.)
Complete detailed moisture mapping, daily readings, and Encircle documentation
Set up and monitor mitigation equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
Communicate job scope clearly to customers and team members
Assist in running jobs independently when required
Participate in on-call rotation
Follow all IICRC, safety, and PuroClean standards

Qualification

Required

Must be bilingual English/Spanish
Experience with restoration or construction/demolition required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in PPE
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional, reliable, and strong work ethic
