Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense files

Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and trial pleadings

Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, and all appeals

Provide timely case analysis and reporting to clients

Collaborate with team members and clients to build effective defense strategies

Maintain excellent communication with clients, adjusters, and colleagues
