Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITOM modules
Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for ITOM components such as:
Discovery
Service Mapping
CMDB Health and Data Integrity
Event Management
Orchestration/Automation
Validate integrations between ServiceNow and external monitoring or infrastructure tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure, AWS)
Ensure data accuracy, relationships, and reconciliation within the CMDB
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and ServiceNow architects to identify and resolve defects
Document test results, track defects in JIRA (or similar tools), and report QA metrics
Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and smoke testing
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Qualification
Required

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
The person(s) hired must possess the ability to obtain US Security Clearance which requires that the person be a U.S. Citizen, a U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., a “Green Card Holder”), or a Political Asylee or Refugee
