Customer Service Representative | Graveyard Shift
Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc. is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the graveyard shift. The role involves providing top quality customer service, accurately transacting sales of fuel and merchandise, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Always provides top quality customer service to every customer and has a positive attitude
Complies with company standards and all applicable local, state, and federal laws when verifying identification for age-restricted product sales
Prepares food and beverages, maintains a clean and well-stocked prep area in compliance with health codes, and consistently meets Chevron’s Customer First and ExtraMile evaluation standards
Conducts Loss Prevention Observations, Loss Investigation and Near Loss Investigations
Remains proactive and productive always, especially during slow periods by organizing, restocking, cleaning, and completing merchandising tasks as directed by management
Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all systems and processes during quiet periods
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Demonstrates a strong team-oriented mindset
Ability to stay engaged and manage time effectively
Ability to work standing without defined break periods and occasionally work extended shifts as assigned by management
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
Ability to bend, twist and lift at least 50 lbs. in narrow spaces
Ability to work in varying outdoor climates and in-store cooler environments
