Experience leading a tech team in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions
Proficiency in AWS platform and Cloud DevOps
Strong background in .NET core, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL/Postgres, Kafka, Microservices, Angular, Typescript
Knowledge of front-end platforms like Angular, Nx.Js, and testing platforms such as Cypress, Jest
Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance trading platforms/applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to interface effectively with senior executives and business stakeholders
Proven track record of delivering mission-critical applications on time
Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently

Experience in the trading domain with backend trading and order execution workflows
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and stream processing with Kafka or similar technologies
Knowledge of capital markets and trading flows
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience leading full stack applications as an Engineering Tech Lead
8+ years of experience with .NET core, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL/Postgres, Kafka, Microservices, Angular, Typescript
6+ years of experience with designing scalable APIs using containers
Experience with caching techniques and stores, front-end platforms, and test platforms
