Responsibilities

Lead with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, relationship building, communication and strategic thinking

Foster a 'safety first' culture through awareness, training and accountability

Help other production leaders achieve established standards of service, quality, accuracy and productivity

Utilize critical thinking to assess the business and develop short-term and long-term plans that will drive process efficiencies

Get to know your team and champion their unique strengths to motivate and inspire them

Set individual and team priorities and proactively structure resources to meet them

Present the big picture through open and clear communication

Spend time on the floor every day, observing and interacting with your team members

Deliver on other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Director of Target Printing Services

Required

Four year degree or equivalent experience in an operational or print shop setting

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and use of good judgement in demanding situations

Ability to motivate others with strong conflict management and problem solving skills

Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination

Must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands including overnight, weekends and holidays
