Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality statistical programming solutions on time and within budget
Independently develop and/or QC complex SDTM, analysis datasets, tables, figures, listings, and related documentation
Lead programming projects and teams to successful completion, managing scope, timelines, and resources
Communicate directly with sponsors on project deliverables and statistical programming issues
Develop and maintain standard macros, utilities, and applications to enhance departmental efficiency
Contribute to process and quality improvement initiatives
Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members
Support internal and external audits and inspections as needed
Ensure compliance with SOPs/WIs, ICH-GCP, CDISC standards, and all applicable regulatory guidelines

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of SAS programming experience in the clinical trials industry, including independent project leadership
Expert knowledge of SAS Base, Macros, Graph, and Stat modules
Solid understanding of CDISC CDASH/SDTM/ADaM standards
Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
High attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
