They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to lead the development of a data analytics platform specialized in GNSS data, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a scalable analytics framework using Databricks.

Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain a scalable data analytics platform using Databricks and AWS related services
Own and evolve the core analytics framework, ensuring modularity, performance, and maintainability
Write clean, efficient, and testable code in Python, following best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with test automation team (data providers) and the GNSS SW and R&D team (contributors and users) to translate business needs into technical solutions
Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing to ensure code quality and deployment reliability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on data analytics
Deep expertise in Python, SQL and experience with PySpark, Pandas, Polars and distributed data processing
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar big data platforms and data formats like Parquet
Proven track record of applying industry-standard development practices (e.g., Git, unit testing, code reviews, CI/CD)
Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Ability to communicate effectively in English
BSc and MSc, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Experience launching a data platform or analytics infrastructure from scratch using Databricks ecosystem tools
Familiarity with AWS cloud platform and services (e.g., Glue, S3, Lambda, ECS)
Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code
