They are seeking a Validation Testing Technician to join their Electronics Validation Engineering team, responsible for performing lab testing and collaborating with engineering teams to support product development.

Responsibilities
Performing and documenting lab testing on prototypes, components, and systems
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development
Collecting and analyzing data from both automated and manual test systems
Assisting engineering staff in developing and refining test procedures
Ensuring traceability and accuracy of test data through defined processes
Maintaining a high standard of Safety and a Clean work environment
Qualification
Required
Effective communication skills across engineering, project management, and technician teams
Familiarity with general lab and testing procedures in the Automotive Industry
Ability to develop basic mathematical models from test data
Preferred
Associates degree
Technical testing experience in testing Lab facility
Understanding of Microsoft software like Excel and Word
Understanding of ISO-17025 Accreditation Standards
