Responsibilities
Release Management
Perform Salesforce release activities such as
Release planning: Define the scope, objectives, and timelines for releases
Prioritization: Prioritize features based on business needs
Configuring releases: Ensure releases are configured to meet business needs
Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Quality assurance: Perform testing activities such as functional, regression, performance, and security testing
Installation: Install the software on target environments
Configuration: Set up, configure and perform the manual steps
Process improvement: Initiate process improvements as needed
Reporting: Report on process effectiveness to senior management
Qualification
Required
6 - 8 + years of experience in Release management
Strong communication skills
Experience in all release management activities
Should have executed large scale transformation project as a RM
Planning, testing, configuring, and deployments
Excellent skills in managing multiple business stakeholders and vendors
Experience in one of the areas – Copado and relevant RM and deployment tools
Should have managed multiple projects
