Associate Staffing is a company focused on sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for their clients. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing relationships with Account Executives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize a variety of creative methods to recruit qualified candidates, including media, referrals, networking, and data mining. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Relationship Management: Establish, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with Account Executives and Clients to understand recruitment needs and identify the skills required for vacancies

Candidate Engagement: Conduct daily calls with potential candidates to build a robust pipeline of applicants that meet both common and unique staffing needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
