Responsibilities
Communicating with clients and project managers to understand business requirements
Working alongside the rest of the technical team to design and document data-driven software solutions and data flows to meet these requirements
Building and maintaining Salesforce applications and customisations
Develop user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet our client’s business requirements
Creation and maintenance of User Stories
Consulting business stakeholders on the best Salesforce solutions
Supporting business stakeholders for requirements validations
Conducting training sessions for business users and admins
Regularly audits system and data integrity
Maintains updated system documentation and Salesforce.com policies/procedures
Develops and maintains naming conventions within system to improve program usability
Provides reports and market analyses from TJC CRM system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
Preferred
Prior Salesforce experience is preferred, but not required
