Responsibilities

Conducting research and analysis on food ingredients with a focus on beverage formulation and functionality
Studying the U.S. beverage consumption market, including local flavor preferences and emerging trends
Performing competitive research to identify market trends, new product opportunities, and areas for differentiation
Supporting the end-to-end beverage development process, including ideation, formulation, testing, and optimization
Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and production to ensure smooth product development and implementation
Assisting in product innovation initiatives to strengthen the company’s beverage portfolio and maintain competitiveness

Required

Educational or professional background in food science, food research, or beverage development
Strong understanding of food ingredients and their applications in beverage formulations
Familiarity with the U.S. beverage market and ability to conduct competitor and trend analysis
Hands-on experience in beverage formulation, testing, and product development
Proficiency in both English and Chinese to support communication with global teams
Willingness to travel between China and the United States as required
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to support cross-functional projects
