Plan, execute, and finalize roofing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met

Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses to project inquiries

Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management
