Responsibilities
Provides technical and VTC systems modernization support services to headquarters officer staff
Provides computer resource and technical services related to the maintenance and modernization of Fla Officer and Staff VTC systems
Provides configuration and end user support for government mobile devices
Ensures VTC systems are operational daily
Communicates VTC outages and scheduled maintenance to command as needed
Schedules VTC resources and initiates video conferences
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience working with Cisco Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems
High School diploma
Above average experience with Cisco Video Teleconferencing systems
Above average experience with Active Directory databases
Above average experience with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Above average experience supporting Apple IOS and Android IOS
Experience supporting VTC scheduling
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
Ability to collaborate and problem-solve in a team environment
Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered
