Responsibilities
Design and build dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports using Power BI and other BI tools
Collaborate with data teams to gather requirements and identify KPIs and data relationships
Ensure accuracy, usability, and aesthetics of data visualizations to support business decision-making
Work with large datasets from multiple sources, transforming them into clean, concise visuals
Maintain and improve existing dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs
Provide recommendations on data visualization best practices and editorial presentation
Troubleshoot and optimize performance of reports and data queries
Qualification
Required
3–10 years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence roles
Strong proficiency in Power BI
Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Working knowledge of Tableau or similar visualization platforms
Understanding of database design, data warehousing, and data governance principles
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Experience with DAX, Power Query, or Python/R for data manipulation
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, AWS)
Background in UX/UI design for dashboards is a plus
