Responsibilities

Lead efforts to translate business needs into actionable insights
Support the deployment of AI/ML capabilities into operational workflows
Ensure alignment with ITIL and DevSecOps frameworks
Influence how the organization adopts innovation, manages risk, and scales digital capabilities

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

ITIL 4 Foundation, or equivalent
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools
Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft CoPilot, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Ansible
