Responsibilities
Input data from various sources into company databases and spreadsheets with speed and accuracy
Verify and validate data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformity to established standards
Review and update existing data in the system to maintain data integrity
Identify and report any inconsistencies or errors in data
Perform regular data backups to ensure data safety and recovery
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather and process data
Generate reports and respond to data-related queries as needed
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data entry guidelines
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets
Participate in team meetings and training sessions via video conferencing
Stay updated with the latest data entry techniques and technologies
Qualification
Required
1 to 22 years of work experience in data entry or related field
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient in data entry and typing with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with database systems and data management software
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy levels
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
