Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience
Skills in Next.js, Tailwind, Machine learning, Node.js, React, TypeScript, Deep Learning, Reinforcement learning (RL), Software Architecture, PostgreSQL
Ability to architect event-driven backend (Node.js / TypeScript / Supabase / AWS)
Experience building real LLM agents with tool use + memory + retries
Ability to shape internal operations UX that both humans and agents co-use
Experience shipping product end-to-end
Strong product/full-stack engineering skills with a systems thinking approach
Desire to grow into owning major parts of the system
